Like many other businesses in North and South Carolina, we are preparing for the arrival of Hurricane Florence, so that we can continue to service your account without interruption throughout the storm and its aftermath.  Check back here for status updates.


  • Update on Sunday, September 16th: While the storm has taken it’s time moving through the Charlotte area, it seems our office has been spared the worst of it.  Phones, internet and power are all functional.  Therefore, the office will be open tomorrow as usual, and we will function with normal operating hours. Thank you for your patience as we weathered this storm.  We appreciate your business!

Shipping Your Payroll


In these situations, we cannot predict or guarantee that UPS, FedEx or the postal service will make deliveries on time.  We generally process payroll on the day we receive it to allow for as much delivery time as possible.  Notify us ASAP if you need to change your delivery method or to establish direct deposit for your employees.  Be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery of your payroll via UPS, FedEx or US Mail at this time.


Picking Up Payroll At Our Office


If you plan to pick up your payroll on Monday or Tuesday, we suggest you check the website or call the office first to make sure it’s open.


Submitting Payroll


We encourage you to submit your payroll early, even today or tomorrow, if possible.  If you wish, you can estimate hours worked for your hourly employees, and we can make any adjustments on the next payroll in order to process earlier than usual.
