26 May Memorial Day May Impact Your Processing Date

The Federal Reserve, Banks, and Payroll Plus HCM will be closed for the Memorial Day Holiday, Monday, May 30, 2022. This may affect the day we need to process your payroll in order to maintain your current check date. In order to ensure your employees are paid on time, you will need to submit your payroll information as described below:

If your check date is normally Monday, May 30th
Checks will not be able to be cashed and direct deposits will not appear in bank accounts until Tuesday, May 31st unless you change your check date to Friday, May 27th. In this case, you will need to submit your payroll information by noon on Wednesday, May 25th.

If your check date is Tuesday, May 31st
You will need to submit your payroll information by noon on Thursday, May 26th in order to keep your current check date.

If your check date is Wednesday, June 1st
You will need to submit your payroll information by noon on Friday, May 27th in order to keep your current check date.
